“Bull Run Park lies downstream from Manassas Battlefield and runs along Bull Run Creek. One of the most comprehensive parks in the area, Bull Run has just as much to offer the Civil War buff as it does the naturalist or outdoor enthusiast. Bull Run woodlands and trails offer miles of hiking and solitude and a tree-shaded camp for relaxing. In the springtime, acres of bluebells and other wildflowers bloom beside the meandering stream.” ~ Washington Post
