Capital Chicken & Waffles is DC’s first-ever chicken and waffles food truck, serving various locations in the Nation’s Capital. Capital Chicken and Waffles opened in January 2013, as one of only 19 food trucks accepted to serve during the Presidential Inauguration festivities.
